What's the Deal

We offer complete rental packages for parties. We prefer intimate events and all packages are priced for 50 guests. If you have more guests, we can accommodate for an added cost. Contact us for more details. 

All tabletop items are from The Prissy Plate Company (@theprissyplatecompany on Instagram). 

Please choose from one of our packages below and contact us directly to schedule your date. We cannot wait to host your intimate event!

Please note, our rental minimum is $2,500, so please choose 'The Simple Event' for any head-table only events. All packages include planning, delivery, pick-up, set-up & breakdown. Also note, we do not customize or make any changes to 'The Simple Event'. If you would like to make ANY changes to 'The Simple Event', please select 'The Custom Event' instead and we would be happy to accommodate your requests!

For parties over 50 guests, you can add additional items at the following rates*:

Tabletop place settings $15/per person

One of a kind seating $15/per person

Tables/Decor $15/per person

*This price is all inclusive of planning, setup, breakdown, and operational costs.

The Simple Event $2,500

Beautiful and Unique Seating for up to 50 guests

  • Beautiful custom designed tolix chairs to match your theme!  Options are matte silver or our beautiful matte black and are determined based upon availability and event colors. 

Decorated & Dressed Tables for up to 50 guests

  • Rectangular folding tables with linens are decked out with assorted decor to match your colors and theme!  

Vintage or Modern COMPLETE Place settings for up to 50 guests

  • A fully set table for your guests, you can choose the color theme and the style, Vintage or Modern. Place setting includes acrylic charger, dinner plate, salad plate, cake plate, 4 piece flatware setting, clear or colored water goblet, and a linen napkin. 

Ceremony Arbor, Photo backdrop, or Entrance Gate

  • Beautiful white arbor to be used to get married under, as a backdrop behind a gifts or cake table or even for photos, or use as a fancy entrance to your backyard party. You can dress it up with greenery and florals! Inquire for event pics!

Chalk board & Decor

  • We will also include a chalkboard for you to create event signage, let us know if you need hand lettering recommendations. Additionally, we will include up to 3 pieces of decor that go with your event color and theme. You can use them or not, but we want to make sure your event has EVERYTHING you need to make it perfect!

All of our packages include delivery, pick-up, setting-up, and cleaning up of the items rented. 

 

 

The Custom Event $3,000

Beautiful and Unique Seating for up to 50 guests

  • Beautiful custom designed chairs to match your theme - choose from matte silver, matte black armless tolix, matte black bucket tolix, or white wishbone chairs

Decorated & Dressed Tables for up to 50 guests

  • Rectangular folding tables with linens or gorgeous mix matched farm tables are decked out with assorted decor to match your colors and theme! 

Vintage or Modern COMPLETE Place settings for up to 50 guests

  • A fully set table for your guests, you get to weigh in on the design, tell us the color and the style, Vintage or Modern, and then lets get coffee or come meet us at our space to play with plates! We will meet you in person with some options to create your final tabletop design. Place setting includes charger, dinner plate, salad plate, cake plate, 4 piece flatware setting, clear or colored water goblet, and a linen napkin.

Our rental minimum is $2,500. Pricing above is for an event up to 50 guests. We can accommodate up to 100 guests total for an additional cost. Please note that you will be required to pay a 25% security deposit with all rentals, which will be refunded within 10 days of your incident free event.  

All of our packages include delivery, pick-up, setting-up, and cleaning up of the items rented. 

If you need help finalizing the other logistics pieces of your event, please let us know. We are happy to supply recommendations for planners/coordinators, florals, specialty rentals, draping, lighting, musical entertainment, photobooths, hand lettering & caligraphy services, photographer/videographer, paper goods, cakes & desserts, and MORE!
